It depends on the subsidy. If interested in moving, please contact the Property Management Department at 487-6700.
Where do I pay my rent and when?
Click on the following link to get driving directions to 1680 Watermark Drive Columbus, Ohio 43215. Rent is due by the 1st of every month and is considered late after the 5th of the month.
COTA Bus Information: The Watermark Building is serviced by the #13 Dublin Road/Grandview Avenue Local COTA Bus Route four times daily. Two drop offtimes in the morning and two pick up times at the end of the day. Bus stop location is easily accessible, directly in front of CHN Watermark office. The preferable morning #13 Bus leaves Downtown City Center Terminal, Bay #4 at 7:32 AM and arrives in front of CHN office at 7:52 AM. Both afternoon #13 buses are convenient, departing Watermark at 4:33 PM and 4:47 PM then arriving Downtown at 4:47 PM and 5:00 PM. Trip times allow for transfer to other routes.
Do I have the same rights and responsibilities as residents in other apartment buildings?
Like all citizens, CHN residents have the same rights and responsibilities established by Fair Housing and Landlord/Tenant laws.
Can I have a pet?
Only if you have a note from your doctor that states you need an animal for assisted living or a companion animal.
