Property Management

Community Housing Network provides all customary property management functions for its portfolio of scattered-site apartments including: 24-hour on-call maintenance, tenant screening and selection, lease-up, lease enforcement, rent collection, maintenance and repair, budgeting and accounts payable. CHN's staff also coordinates interaction between tenants and outside participants in the community living effort: the mental health case manager, Columbus Metropolitan Housing Authority and the neighborhood.

In addition, CHN manages and operates supportive housing apartments with staff present on a 24-hour basis. This housing provides security and a monitored entry along with on-site case management and linkages to social, health and employment services.
