Meet Lynn

Lynn came to CHN in December 2022 when our newest building, Touchstone Field Place, was opened to residents. She had become homeless after losing her job, and sought help from a shelter where she stayed for nine months.

After developing pneumonia and eventually being hospitalized, she was connected with a case manager who got her into a CHN apartment. Like so many people experiencing homelessness, Lynn often didn’t know where to begin or who to ask for help. She was very grateful for the people who helped her finally navigate her way back into housing.

Thinking back to the stacks and stacks of paperwork she had to sign, Lynn reflected, “I think a lot more people worked on getting me here than I did.”
